Think of me as your wellness companion – I bring my formal education in functional health and nutrition to guide you to your most healthy self.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’m here to help you gain clarity, restore your energy, and move forward with renewed purpose through a science-based, personalized approach to well-being.
My career began on the high-pressure trading floor of a major NYC investment bank but my true passion for health and well-being eventually led me down a different path. I went on to train at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in their professional “Food as Medicine” program, study nutrition through Stanford University, and complete functional medicine training through the FMCA in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine.
My approach to health is firmly rooted in science and education, and also deeply shaped by my upbringing—one filled with homegrown food, natural living, and a respect for our innate ability to heal. Becoming a mom of two has further deepened my perspective, showing me just how important health is to a growing and developing body and how today’s choices shape a child’s future. With this perspective, I bring a level of thought and intention to my work with clients: the choices you make today shape your health and well-being in the years ahead.

That’s why lifestyle is the foundation of functional medicine—and the heart of how I partner with my clients.
