Hi, I'm Natasha

Think of me as your wellness companion – I bring my formal education in functional health and nutrition to guide you to your most healthy self.

 

As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I’m here to help you gain clarity, restore your energy, and move forward with renewed purpose through a science-based, personalized approach to well-being.

 

 

My career began on the high-pressure trading floor of a major NYC investment bank but my true passion for health and well-being eventually led me down a different path. I went on to train at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in their professional “Food as Medicine” program, study nutrition through Stanford University, and complete functional medicine training through the FMCA in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

 

My approach to health is firmly rooted in science and education, and also deeply shaped by my upbringing—one filled with homegrown food, natural living, and a respect for our innate ability to heal. Becoming a mom of two has further deepened my perspective, showing me just how important health is to a growing and developing body and how today’s choices shape a child’s future. With this perspective, I bring a level of thought and intention to my work with clients: the choices you make today shape your health and well-being in the years ahead.

 

My mission is to make wellness clear and accessible to you by cutting through the noise. I will help you focus on what truly creates lasting change: your mindset, your motivation, and what matters most to you.

Functional medicine takes a holistic, whole system approach to health, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness rather than just treating symptoms.

 

The great news is that many symptoms of illness are influenced by how we live. In fact, a significant majority of chronic disease risk is shaped by lifestyle and environment, not genetics. While genetics play a small role, the real impact comes from how you eat, move, sleep, manage stress, and show up in your daily life. That’s why lifestyle is the foundation of functional medicine—and the heart of how I partner with my clients.

 

Together, we  will uncover the root causes of imbalance, align with your deeper motivations, and build sustainable habits in key areas like nutrition, movement, sleep, and mental well-being.

The mind and body are deeply connected, and when one is out of balance, the other feels it too. I focus on helping you cultivate alignment between your mental, emotional, and physical health. Whether work is stressful, motherhood feels overwhelming, or life just feels like too much, we’ll work together to reduce overwhelm and create space for calm through stress management techniques, meditation practices, and intentional self-care.
